Andiamo a fare un Brunch! Every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00–3:00 pm, Carna celebrates respect for the animal by using every part well, from nose to tail. Start with unlimited housemade appetizers, including our signature Viva il Tartare alla Fiorentina!, then try every cut of beef with braised beef rigatoni and a charcoal-grilled meat platter.
